• 1/2 C margarine - add more if a large group to feed
• 1 onion diced
• salt and pepper
• bread crumbs - add more if a large group to feed
• celery cubes
• poultry seasoning
• sage
• thyme

Step 1

Melt margarine, add onion and salt and pepper. Let simmer together for 5 minutes in a large pot. Remove from heat and pour into large mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs and mix together. Add celery and all seasonings to taste. Stuff into the turkey or into the stuffing bag to insert into turkey.
