Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 1 tsp diastatic malt powder
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, olive oil, and 2 1/2 cups flour. Mix in Bosch with dough hook. Add remaining flour to stiff dough. Let rise in greased bowl 1 hr. Punch dough down. Spread on pizza pan. Bake w/ topping 450 degrees F for 15-20.
