Creamy Mustard Sauce (for ham)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chcken broth
  • 1/4 cup creamy mustard blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk all ingredients in small bowl until blended.

2. Pour into skillet and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 min. stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and spoon over meat.
