Ingredients
- Mix Thoroughly
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1/2 cup thick cream
- 3 cups flour
- Creamy Butter Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 TBS heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Chill at least one hour. Roll out 1/8 in thick. Cut into 1 inch rounds. Transfer to waxed paper heavily sprinkled with sugar, coat both sides. Place on baking sheets. Prick with fork in 4 places. Bake at 375F until slightly puffy but not brown, about 7-9 minutes. Put each two cookies together with creamy butter frosting.
