Chocolate Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c flour, all-purpose
  • 1 1/2 c skim dry milk
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute, splenda

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix dry ingredients together then add applesauce.

3. Bake at 350 for 12 -15 minutes.
