Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, melted
- 1/4 cup instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons rum
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 5 1/2 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter, mix in coffee, vanilla, and rum extract. Stir in until the coffee has dissolved. Add the sugar, beaten eggs, baking soda and powder, mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Mix until they are evenly distributed. Add flour one cup at a time. Walnut sized balls, flatten with spatula. Bake @ 350F for 9-11 minutes.
