Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups oats, rolled (raw), quick cooking
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups skim dry milk
- 1 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup sugar substitute, Splenda

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil (dull side up) and spray with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray.
3. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
4. Spoon 4 large mounds (1/2 cup each) on the sheet.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake! Remove from oven and let cool.
