Bob Evans Cheddar Sausage Bake
- 1 pound sausage
- 5 medium baking potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 bag broccoli florets
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400F. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels. In greased 9x13 baking dish, place sliced potatoes. Top with cooked sausage, then broccoli. In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Spoon over broccoli. Top with grated cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hr.
