Ingredients
- 3 Cups pinto beans, canned
- 1 pound stew meat, diced
- 24 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pound mushroom, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute meat, onion, and mushrooms; drain.
2. Add to beans, spices, garlic and tomato sauce in crock pot.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Simmer on 2 for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve w/ cornbread.
