Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup confec. sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet cocoa mix
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum

Preparation

Step 1

Grind
wafers very find. Mix dry ingredients add nuts, syrup & rum Stir until stiff. Roll into balls. Coat hands with confec. sugar when shaping the balls. Let stand about 1 hour Dry roll in confec. sugar.
