Penny's Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 box stove top stuffing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13 pan with oil and arrange chicken in bottom of pan. Top with half of monterey cheese. Mix can of soup with can of milk. Pour over cheese. Add other half of monterey cheese. Top with stove top. Pour melted butter over stuffing. Bake at 400 F for 15 min., reduce heat to 350 and bake another 45 minutes, or until done. Serve over noodles or rice.
