Tomato and Peach Salad with Burrata

Burrata is a rich, fab Italian cheese made from cream and mozzarella. Pair is with heirloom tomatoes, gorgeous peaches, and fresh basil and throw everything into a large mixing bowl. Then, simply put some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in with the chopped tomatoes, peaches, and basil, and tossed them all together until everything is fully coated. Lastly, put the sliced burrata went on top.

Ingredients
- 1 pound heirloom tomatoes, cut into eighths (then halved, optional)
- 1 pound ripe peaches, cut into eighths (then halved, optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chiffonade
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces burrata, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the burrata, and toss them well. Place the salad onto a serving platter, and top it with slices of the burrata. Serve immediately.
