Ingredients
- 1 C low fat plain yogurt
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 3 TBSP liquid honey
- 1/2 TSP ground ginger
- 1/4 TSP ground nutmeg
- can substitute 1/2 TSP vanilla and 1/2 TSP cinnamon for the ginger and nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to develop.
