Fruit Dip - Plain

Ingredients

  • 1 C low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 3 TBSP liquid honey
  • 1/2 TSP ground ginger
  • 1/4 TSP ground nutmeg
  • can substitute 1/2 TSP vanilla and 1/2 TSP cinnamon for the ginger and nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to develop.
