Fresh Olive Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 6-oz can black olives, diced
  • 1 4-oz can green chilies
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4-5 chipped green onions
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 ½ white wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine olives, chilies, tomato, and green onion in a bowl.
2. Mix oil, garlic, salt, and wine vinegar separately. Add to 1st bowl.
3. Chill for 3 hours.
4. Serve with chips.
