Ingredients
- 3 ⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 ⁄4 cup crumbled Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp. minced capers
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
Whisk vinegar into yogurt mixture until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, shallots, pepper, capers, horseradish, and salt.
Whisk again before drizzling dressing over salads. Refrigerate any leftover dressing in a covered container for up to 1 week.
