Ingredients
- 8 Oz Liverwurst
- 1 Oz Onions
- 4 Oz Mushrooms
- 1/3 Cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of Truffle oil
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter
Blend all ingredients together until consistency of paté
Chill and serve
