Ingredients
- 6 oz lean ground turkey breast
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 2 cups low fat plain yogurt
- 2 cups steamed broccoli

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, brown turkey breast. Add Rotel tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes.
Serving size per person: Serve with 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1 cup low fat plain yogurt.
