Ingredients

    oz lean ground turkey breast

    can Rotel Tomatoes

  • 1/2

    cup black beans

  • 1

    cup brown rice, cooked

  • 2

    cups low fat plain yogurt

  • 2

    cups steamed broccoli

Directions

In a medium skillet, brown turkey breast. Add Rotel tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Serving size per person: Serve with 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1 cup low fat plain yogurt. (old ww points: Chili 4, rice 2, yogurt 2, broccoli 0)
