  • CHICKEN BROTH
  • MEDIUM ONION
  • 2-3 TBSPS OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 4 OUNCES GORGONZOLA CHEESE
  • 2 TBSPS PARMESEAN CHEESE
  • 3 TBSPS FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY

Preparation

Step 1

CHOP AND SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL AND SALT UNTIL LIGHT GOLD. aDD RICE TO COOK IGHTLY AND COAT WITH OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD HOT BROTH STIRRING UNTIL ABSORBED. ONCE RICE IS COOKED ADD GORGONZOLA CHEESE STIRRING.

SPRINKLE WITH PARMESEAN CHEESE AND PARSLEY.
