Ingredients

  • 1/4 c thinly scliced scallions
  • 1/2 c finely chopped celery
  • 3 grannny smith, peeled and diced
  • 1/8 c canola oil
  • 4 ibs ground turkey
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 T pepper
  • 2 t tabasco
  • 1 lemon juiced and grated zest
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c major greys chutney , pureed

Preparation

Step 1

Saute scallions, celery, and apples in canola until tender, let cool.

Place turkey in large bowl. Add sauteed items and the remaining ingredients. Shape into burgers, refrigerate for 2 hours.

Season with s7p. Grill each side 7 minutes. Let sit 5 mins.
