Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 t b powder
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 c shortening
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c milk
• 1 c blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, add all ingredients but the blueberries. Once the mixture is blended and looks like the right consistancy, add the blueberries. If need be, a a little more milk so it doesn't look dry.

Bake 375 20-25 min
