Ingredients
- 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Med-Large Avacado
- 1 c. Almond Milk
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 t. Peppermint Extract
- Dark Chocolate Chips or Cocoa Nibs
Preparation
Step 1
Freeze coconut milk in an ice tray. Freeze diced avocado in a single layer until frozen, then store in zip lock bag. Once all is frozen combine coconut milk, avocado, almond milk, honey, peppermint extract on high speed, add chocolate and blend until smooth.
