Ingredients

  • 2 lbs asparagus, snap off tough ends
  • Marinade
  • 1 lemon, sliced in half
  • 3 garlic cloves, skin removed & slightly crushed
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1/2 t fresh ground pepper

Step 1

Place all marinade ingredients including lemon halves & squeezed juice in zip lock bag. Shake to mix then add asparagus & marinate 1-6 hrs. Grill for 10 min turning until browned.
