  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 and 2/3 C milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk and vanilla. Beat well and pour into pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
