Healthy Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 c pom juice
  • 1 bottle rioja or beaujolais
  • 1 c low cal oj
  • 1/2 c seedless red grapes, frozen
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 c seltzer or club soda, chilled

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pitcher. let chill for 1 hour in fridge. Stir in seltzer and pour into ice filled glasses.
