Preparation

Step 1

Only fill the tin 1/2 full and it will create the crater when it bakes. Fill with fresh berries... or just use it as a bowl for syrup.

Bake at 425 for about 8 minutes. If you're using a smaller muffin tin, they'll be pancake bites.
