Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • lb ground beef
  • 7 oz spanish rice mix w/packet
  • 1 egg
  • small onion chopped
  • 4 green peppers, halved
  • 28 oz. can tomatoes
  • 10-3/4 oz can tomato soup
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beef, rice mix (w/o season pkt), egg and onion. Divide among peppers

Pour tomatoes in cooker; place peppers on tomatoes;

Combine tomato soup, rice season pkt and water; pour over peppers

Cook Low 8-10 hrs.
