Ingredients
- 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Can of flat anchovies
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 of a Lemon
- Worcestershire
- 1/3 C. Parmesan
- Pepper
- Egg yolk
- Croutons
Preparation
Step 1
I have started using my food processor. I just put all in processor & mix. (Of course not the croutons) I also either double recipe for everything but the anchovies or I make recipe just as is with ½ can of anchovies.
