Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice; undrained
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. angel food cake
- 10 whole fresh strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pudding mix & pineapple, gently stir in whipped topping.
Cut cake into 3 layers
Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, spread 1 1/3 cups pudding mixture onto bottom cake layer; cover with middle cake layer.
Spread 1 cup of pudding mixture onto middle layer; top with remaining cake layer.
Spread with remaining pudding mixture.
