Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers
- lb ground beef
- 14 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1-1/3 cups french fried onions, divided
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella

Step 1
Heat to 400 Cut peppers in half; place in 2-quart shallow baking dish
Brown beef; drain; stir in remaining ingredients except mozzarella; spoon into peppers
Cover; bake 35 min. uncover sprinkle with cheese and remaining 2/3 cup of onions; bake 1 min
