Dried Beef Dip

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs. Milk
  • 3 oz. pkg. Dried Beef (Buddig)
  • 1 Tbs. Minced Onion
  • 2 Tbs. Green Pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts



Step 1

Blend softened cream cheese with milk. Add snipped dried beef, minced onion, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix well and stir in sour cream. Place in shallow baking dish (8 x 8" or pie plate). Topped with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
