Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck, browned, drained.
- 5 cups water
- large onion chopped
- 4 ribs celery chopped
- 3 carrots sliced
- (2) - 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 10 oz. frozen mixed veg
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients through pepper in cooker
Low 8-12 hrs. or High 4-6 hrs
One hr before serving turn to high. Make paste with butter and flour. Stir until smooth. Pour into cooker and blend. Add salt
Cook until thickened
