Ingredients
- 12 dried jumbo shells
- 12 oz grd beef
- medium chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp fennel seed, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 15-1/2 oz. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni. Cook ground meat, onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown.
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, fennel seeds, salt and pepper. Add meat mixture and 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce. Stuff meat mixture into shells.
Arrange in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
Cover with foil
