Ingredients
- 15 oz canned Pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups sugar
- splash of vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease loaf pan.
2. Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, vanilla, water and sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice.
4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until blended.
5. Pour into pans. Bake for 50 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
