Ingredients
- 2 lbsbaking potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 C water
- 2 T butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 C milk
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except milk in slow cooker; toss to combine. Cover, cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours. Add milk to potatoes. Mash with masher until smooth.
