Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole kernal corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk (keep the egg white)
  • 2/3 cup biscuit mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Beat egg while until fluffy & fold into mixture
3. Drop from a large spoon into deep fat fryer til
golden brown

If batter is too thin and breaks up while cooking, add more biscuit mix
