Ingredients
- Halve hardcooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash desired combination of seasonings.Refill egg whites.
Preparation
Step 1
1. 6 eggs use 2 tablespoons mayo, 1 teaspoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon preared mustard.
2. 6 eggs with 2 tablespoons mayo
. 1 tablespoon horse-radish
1 teaspoon chopped sweet pickle, 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
