  • 1/2 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter or other nut, soy nut or seed butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup flax meal

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, milk powder and flax meal with a wooden spoon. Once you've gotten things partially mixed, work the batter with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

2. With your hands, break off pieces of dough and roll into 1 1/4 inch balls. Arrange in a container big enough to accommodate them in a single layer.

3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
