Quick Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk (see Note)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients to form a soft dough. Spoon into a sprayed 12-cup muffin pan, distributing evenly.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are golden.

Note:
Be sure to use whole milk only, not a reduced-fat milk.
