- salmon steaks (4-8)
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp ginger root
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Step 1
1. Cover salmon with marinade and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
2. Barbecue on medium-high heat, approximately 6 minutes per side.
