CAROLYN'S HOT SAUCE

Ingredients

• 10 cups chopped tomatoes
• 3 cups chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped jalapeno
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 cup vinegar
• 4 TBSP salt
• 1 TBSP sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 30 minutes or desired consistency. Put in jars, hot water bath 10 minutes. Can add 1-1/2 tsp. cilantro.
