Ingredients
- 1/2 c oil (sesame, peanut, walnut, avocado, grapeseed)
- 1/4 c acidic juice or vinegar (lemon, balsamic, champagne, orange, rice)
- sprinkle of flavor enhancers (mustard, honey, jam, ginger, garlic & shallot, sriracha, tahini, fresh herb, soy sauce)

Whisk oil & acidic juice/vinegar. Add in flavor enhancers
