- 1 cup karo dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon spice islands ground saigon cinnamon
- dash spice island ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon spice island pure bourbon vanilla extract

Step 1
Combine cider and corn syrup in a small saucepan on high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes until mixture has a syrupy consistency. Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Serve warm.
