Individual Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Pate Sucree dough
  • 3 C Corn Syrup
  • 3 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Butter (Melted)
  • 9 Eggs
  • 3 C Pecans
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 1 T Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Roll dough out to ¼ inch
In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine corn syrup, brown
sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt
Slowly temper in melted butter
Cut dough to fill pie pans and press into the corners
Distribute pecans into the pie crusts
Fill crust with filling mixture
Bake 40-45 minutes at 300º until done
