Ingredients

  • Add:
  • Fill large pot to 3/4 of its size
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peppercorns
  • Bring to boil
  • Add:
  • 6 potatoes halved
  • 4 corn halved (fresh)
  • 6 oz x 1/2 inch kiebasa (cut in pieces)
  • Return to boil.

Preparation

Step 1

Reduce to heat/cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

Add shrimp (uncooked), and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain

Sprinkle with parsley

Melt butter and mix some garlic salt or powder.
