Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c grated zuccinni
• 3 t vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 2 t b powder
• 3 t cinnamon
• raisins, opt.
• Nuts chopped
• .
• Bake 1 hr,,, 325

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a well greased loaf pans, ( 2 ) or three one pound metal coffee cans.

Freezes very well
