Apple pie recipe

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup oats
  • 6 dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • blend together in food processor, press into bottom of pie plate
  • Filling:
  • 6 large apples (I used green & red delicious)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon (we like it, you might use less)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins
  • juice of 1/2 lemon, squeezed into filling

Preparation

Step 1

Baked at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until filling softens.
