SWEET FRIED CARROTS

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. carrots, cleaned and scraped
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 T. butter
  • ●Slice carrots in 1 1/2 inch length to cook until tender (10 min. in pressure cooker).
  • ●After carrots are tender, add the sugar and let stand for 1 hour.
  • ●Drain sugar water off carrots.
  • ●Melt butter in skillet and saute carrots.
