Ingredients
- 3 lbs. carrots, cleaned and scraped
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. butter
- ●Slice carrots in 1 1/2 inch length to cook until tender (10 min. in pressure cooker).
- ●After carrots are tender, add the sugar and let stand for 1 hour.
- ●Drain sugar water off carrots.
- ●Melt butter in skillet and saute carrots.
