Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pinch tarragon
- S+P to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk vinegar into salt , pepper, tarragon and mustard. Add oils, continually whisking until dressing is light and fluffy.
