Sweet andd Sour Mustard

This easy homemade mustard is fabulous with bbq. farmer's sausages or whisked into salad dressing.Let mustard rest and mellow for a few days before using. For best results, use Keen's dry mustard.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Keen's dry mustard
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
In small heavy saucepan, combine sugar, mustard and cider vinegar until smooth; beat in eggs. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter until melted. Let cool to room temperature,stirring occasionally. Refrigerate in tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.
